NOTICE TO ALL ATTENDEES OF LASQUETI ESCAPE
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - ASSUMPTION OF RISK - JURISDICTION

These conditions will affect your legal rights including the
right to sue or claim compensation following an accident

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

As a condition of the attendance of Lasqueti Escape and use of the event site on
Lasqueti Land Co. property, the Attendee assumes all risk of personal injury, death
or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to:
boating, camping, swimming, hiking, cycling, driving, dancing, performing, consumption
of alcohol and/or illegal substances; travel within or beyond the Lasqueti Escape event
site and/or Lasqueti Land Co. property boundaries; or negligence, breach of contract,
or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of Imara Productions Ltd./Lasqueti Escape/
Lasqueti Land Co., and their directors, officers, hosts, managers, employees, members,
volunteers, representatives, independent contractors, sponsors, successors, and assigns
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Lasqueti Escape Hosts"). The Attendee agrees
that the Lasqueti Escape Hosts shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or
property loss and releases Lasqueti Escape Hosts and waives all claims with respect
thereto. The Attendee agrees that any litigation involving the Lasqueti Escape Hosts
shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia. The Attendee
further agrees that these conditions and any rights, duties and obligations as between
the Lasqueti Escape Hosts and the Attendee shall be governed by and interpreted
solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and no other.

THE LASQUETI ESCAPE HOSTS' LIABILITY IS
EXCLUDED BY THESE CONDITIONS
