Event and Site Information

Lasqueti Escape opens its gates this year at 4pm on Friday August 1st and closes them at 4pm on Monday August 4th.

Music starts around midday on Saturday, but really kicks off at 7:30pm. Guest may arrive anytime after 4pm on Friday to set up for the weekend and get settled. Music ends around 10am on Monday at which point guests are expected to begin packing up and getting ready to go. Beginning Saturday afternoon, and for the duration of the weekend, delectable food items and non-alcoholic drinks will be offered by locally renowned chef, Jane Mackay. There will be a licensed bar serving alcohol Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evening.

Lasqueti Escape will also include:

• 24hr security
• First Aid tent, medic and ambulance
• Campsites and toilets
• Bodywork tent
• Vendors of artwork, jewelry, body art, clothing, etc.
• Free refills on water bottles

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE TIGHT SECURITY AT THIS EVENT. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ALCOHOL, AS IT WILL BE CONFISCATED AT THE GATE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY UNRULY/UNCOOPERATIVE GUEST(S) FROM THE EVENT PREMISES AND/OR ISLAND. COME PREPARED!

The only amenities on the island are a small food store, bar, restaurant, bakery and import clothing store. Bring all your own camping gear, warm clothes and flashlight.
